Monday Motivation: Should I work out today?

I used to read a blog that started out every Monday with a fitness related motivational quote. I think that’s a great idea, because if you start the week off working out and eating right, it’s easier to carry it through the week. So here’s to Monday Motivation!

    I am cracking up viewing this. I love how there is only one option! I will be exercising (literally and figuratively..lol) that option tomorrow. Thanks for helping us stay cute as we sweat.

    I DEFINITELY agree if I miss ANY day at the gym, Monday is a day I NEVER miss! Sometimes if I HAVE to miss a Monday (like for example if my daughter is sick and I can’t take them to the gym day care), I just can’t get into the swing of it for the rest of the week!
